Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems and applications. • Lead the technical design and architecture for new features and services, ensuring scalability and reliability. • Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong track record of delivering complex projects. • Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and associated frameworks. • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities in a remote setting.
