Senior Software Engineer
Swan is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its tech team of 40+ developers. The Engineering team is by far the largest at Swan. This team includes Software developers, who build payments and end‑customer applications, as well as Infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and Security.
Swan has a diverse team of engineers from all over the place. This can be called “Banking-as-a-Service” or “Embedded finance”. Swan was built so that anyone can start embedding banking features within just minutes of visiting our website. Swan is truly fast and easy to use. In September 2023, Swan closed their Series B funding round at €37m.
With 100 customers across Europe already (including Carrefour, Pennylane, Alma, and Ride.Capital) they want to double down on their core strengths and add more payment collection methods, such as direct debits and card payments.
They have processed over €7 billion worth of transactions and are a Mastercard principal member and a licensed financial institution, passported across Europe.
