Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of all corporate tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant filings.

• Act as the primary point of contact with tax authorities, managing inquiries and audits efficiently.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.

• Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation globally and assess their impact on the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) is essential.
• Minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in corporate tax accounting or tax consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of international and South African tax laws and regulations.
• Proven experience with complex tax structures and transfer pricing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adapted for remote work.
