Key Responsibilities • Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. • Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Advocate for the user, ensuring that all design decisions are data-informed and aligned with user needs and business objectives. • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.

Requirements • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs. • Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design principles. • Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Solid understanding of front-end development principles and how they impact UI/UX design. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively in a remote setting.
