About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative beauty technology startup, operating entirely remotely. In this pivotal role, you will shape the user experience and interface design for our cutting-edge beauty applications and platforms.

You will be instrumental in translating complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital products.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design. • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all platforms. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions. • Champion user experience best practices and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design. • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. • Experience designing for mobile applications and web platforms, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle sector. • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for a remote work environment.
