What You’ll Do
Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
