About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Ski Resort Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline the administrative and operational functions of their ski resort, working entirely from a remote location. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of resort services, including guest services, resource allocation, and staff coordination, even though you will not be physically present at the resort. You will be the central hub for operational communication, leveraging technology to maintain high standards of service and efficiency in the Leisure & Sports sector, making this role ideal for someone who excels in remote work environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily resort operations remotely, including guest services, ticketing, and lift operations scheduling.
• Manage and update resort information systems, ensuring data accuracy for operations and guest communication.
• Act as a primary point of contact for on-site teams, providing support and facilitating communication across departments.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions, coordinating logistics from a distance.
• Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for operational necessities, ensuring timely delivery to the resort.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues remotely, escalating to on-site management when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in resort operations, hospitality management, or event coordination, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with remote work tools, communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom), and operational software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with on-site teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
