You will be responsible for providing expert skincare advice, personalized treatment recommendations, and product guidance through virtual consultations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess skin concerns and types.

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
• A strong background in skincare, dermatology, or cosmetic science (e.g., licensed aesthetician, esthetician, or related field).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client-facing skincare consultation or advice.
• Excellent understanding of various skin types, conditions, and effective treatment modalities.
• Proficiency with virtual communication platforms and CRM software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
