About the Role

Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Remote Skincare Advisor to join their expanding virtual client services team, catering to clients in and around Upington. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking expert advice on skincare products, routines, and concerns. Through virtual consultations via phone, email, and video, you will analyze skin conditions, recommend personalized product solutions, and guide clients towards achieving their desired skin health and appearance. This role emphasizes a passion for skincare and a commitment to delivering exceptional, remote customer support, contributing to client confidence and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual skincare consultations to assess client skin types, concerns, and goals.
• Provide personalized recommendations for skincare products, including cleansers, moisturizers, serums, and treatments.
• Educate clients on proper application techniques, ingredient benefits, and synergistic product use.
• Address client inquiries and provide solutions for common skincare issues such as acne, aging, or sensitivity.
• Maintain detailed client profiles and track progress and satisfaction with recommended regimens.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in skincare science, ingredients, and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skincare Advisor, Esthetician, or related beauty professional.
• In-depth knowledge of dermatology, skin types, common skin conditions, and effective skincare ingredients.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (video conferencing, chat, email) and CRM systems.
• A genuine passion for skincare and helping individuals achieve healthy, radiant skin.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and deliver consistent, high-quality service remotely for clients in the Northern Cape region.
