About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Remote Skincare Consultant & Brand Ambassador to join their innovative beauty brand. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to connect with clients across the country from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for providing expert skincare advice, personalized product recommendations, and exceptional customer support via various digital channels, including video calls, chat, and email. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, possesses deep product knowledge, and excels at building online communities and fostering brand loyalty. You will serve as a key touchpoint, educating consumers and representing the brand's values and commitment to healthy, radiant skin.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client skin types and concerns, providing tailored skincare routines.
• Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage via video calls and online platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Develop engaging content (e.g., tutorials, Q&A sessions) to promote skincare education and brand awareness.
• Act as a brand advocate, building relationships with clients and fostering a positive online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and product development in Benoni.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in skincare consultation or as a beauty advisor.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and common skin concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and friendly online presence.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
