Key Responsibilities

• Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop innovative skincare formulations, focusing on efficacy, safety, and sensory appeal.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers for pilot batching, scale-up, and commercial production.
• Conduct stability testing, compatibility studies, and efficacy assessments for new formulations.
• Prepare comprehensive product development documentation, including ingredient lists, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
• Work closely with marketing, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in skincare product development and formulation.
• Proven track record of successfully launching skincare products from concept to market.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, their functions, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and a disciplined approach to remote work.
