About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Skincare Specialist & Advisor to join their fully remote team based in Durban . You will be instrumental in guiding customers through their skincare journeys, offering expert advice, personalized product recommendations, and solutions for various skin concerns. This role requires a deep understanding of dermatological principles, product ingredients, and effective skincare routines. As a key member of the online customer support and sales division, you will help build customer trust and loyalty, driving satisfaction and repeat business through your expertise and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed virtual consultations to assess clients' skin types, concerns, and goals.
• Recommend personalized skincare routines and products based on individual needs and product knowledge.
• Educate clients on proper product usage, ingredient benefits, and skincare best practices.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and video calls.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare science, ingredients, and treatment technologies.
• Document client interactions and feedback to improve service offerings and product development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in skincare consultation, dermatology, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions (e.g., acne, aging, hyperpigmentation), and their treatments.
• Familiarity with a wide range of skincare ingredients and their efficacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and virtual consultation platforms.
