Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support through various digital channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skincare Specialist , esthetician, or dermatologist assistant.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, ingredients, and treatments.
• Excellent virtual communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools and CRM software.
