Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in community development, facilitation, or grassroots organizing.
• Proven ability to engage diverse community groups and foster collaborative decision-making.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills adapted for remote interaction.
• Knowledge of community development principles, participatory methods, and sustainable practices.
• Experience with project management and reporting, utilizing virtual collaboration tools.
