About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Social Media & E-commerce Executive to lead their online sales and brand presence initiatives. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive online sales, enhance brand engagement, and optimize the customer journey across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in both social media marketing and e-commerce management, with a strategic mindset and a passion for achieving measurable results in a digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overarching social media and e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and brand awareness goals.
• Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website merchandising, promotions, and customer experience optimization.
• Create, oversee, and analyze high-impact social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Analyze sales data, website analytics, and social media performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external agencies to ensure integrated campaign execution and brand consistency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role encompassing both social media marketing and e-commerce management.
• Proven success in driving significant online sales growth through strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in social media advertising, content strategy, community management, and influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
