Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging, original, and high-quality content (text, images, video) tailored to each social media platform and audience.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Analyze social media metrics and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
