Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online group sessions, workshops, and training programs for participants.
• Deliver program content effectively through virtual platforms, ensuring participant engagement.
• Provide individual support and guidance to participants as needed via phone or video call.
• Monitor participant progress and engagement, addressing any challenges or barriers.
• Maintain accurate records of session attendance, participant feedback, and program outcomes.
• Collaborate with the program development team to refine and improve program delivery.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive virtual environment for all participants.
• Manage communication with participants regarding schedules, materials, and expectations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues participants may encounter during virtual sessions.
• Contribute to the evaluation of program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Community Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilitating groups, workshops, or training sessions, preferably in a virtual setting.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and engagement strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear and concise delivery.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in a remote capacity.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with diverse individuals online.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to virtual facilitation.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or other educational technology is a plus.
