Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional social work license (e.g., LCSW, RSW) in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social work, with a strong background in case management and client advocacy.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms , secure communication tools, and electronic health record systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively through virtual means.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and maintain high ethical standards in a remote work environment.
