Remote Software Project Manager - Agile Leader

Junior Project Manager (Open to Fresh Grads) (CPT Remote)

JOIN the remote team of a dynamic US-based Marketing Agency seeking an ambitious Junior Project Manager where you will fill a client-facing role. You will run high-impact A/B Tests requiring coordination across many disciplines such as research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders. The position is open to Fresh Graduates - preferably Economics, Math or Finance majors. Your job will be to keep everything moving forward, aligned, and energized.

DUTIES:

• Coordination - You will manage cross-functional teams of 5-10 people and ensure tests move smoothly from idea → build → launch → analysis. You will spot risks early, unblock teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Strategy & Planning - You will help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10-20 upcoming experiments. You will communicate the "why" behind the plan, set expectations, and walk clients through progress and results in weekly meetings.
• Energy ("Vibes") - You are the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. You bring clarity, positivity, and momentum. When things get busy or complicated, you keep people focused and motivated.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Fresh Graduates - especially Economics, Math, or Finance majors.
• You do not need prior A/B Testing experience or even formal Project Management experience. We will train you. Here's what we need from you:
