Remote Solar Energy Project Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Solar Energy Project Manager to spearhead critical projects from inception to completion, all while working from the convenience of your own home. This fully remote position is integral to our expanding solar energy division, where you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse solar power initiatives across various geographic regions. You'll be a key player in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects align with our strategic goals for sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of solar energy projects , from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with remote engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and financial oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a strong asset.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management , specifically within the solar energy or broader renewable energy sector .
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with remote teams and dispersed stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, adapted for a remote environment.
• Solid understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, components, and installation best practices.
