About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Remote Solar Panel Installation & Maintenance Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to customers and installation partners.
Working from home, you will advise on best practices for solar panel systems, troubleshoot installation challenges, and offer insights into maintenance procedures. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful adoption and optimal performance of solar energy solutions, contributing to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide remote consultation on the design, installation, and commissioning of solar panel systems.
• Offer technical support to resolve installation-related issues and challenges faced by customers and installers.
• Develop and update technical documentation, best practice guides, and troubleshooting manuals for solar installations.
• Analyze system performance data and provide recommendations for optimization and maintenance.
• Train field technicians remotely on new installation techniques and safety protocols.
• Respond to inquiries regarding system maintenance, repair, and upgrade options.
Requirements
• Proven experience in solar panel installation, design, or maintenance.
