This role focuses on identifying and attracting niche talent across various industries for clients nationwide. The ideal candidate is adept at remote candidate engagement, possesses excellent sourcing skills, and understands the nuances of specialized recruitment. You will work independently, managing your own portfolio of roles and clients, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in talent acquisition, with a particular focus on serving the needs originating from the Bloemfontein region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify specialized candidates using advanced search techniques and platforms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for niche roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique talent requirements and company culture.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job intake to offer negotiation and placement.
• Develop and execute effective remote sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent.
• Provide market insights and updates to clients regarding talent availability and compensation trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on specialist or niche recruitment.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable building rapport virtually.
• Proficiency with various recruitment tools, ATS , and online sourcing platforms.
• Understanding of the South African job market and talent pools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
