Key Responsibilities
• Design and analyze structural systems for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Produce detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations using relevant software.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other engineers in a remote setting.
• Conduct thorough structural assessments and provide recommendations for existing structures.
• Review shop drawings and construction submittals to ensure adherence to design intent.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in structural engineering and construction technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• Professional Engineer (Pr.
Eng.) registration is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design for the construction industry .
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit Structure).
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
