Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee key aspects of the supply chain, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement appropriate control measures to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance and present findings to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
• Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of global supply chain best practices and emerging trends.
• Experience in the Logistics & Warehousing industry is essential.
