Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain supply chain software systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data within these systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users across various departments.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering and supporting supply chain software systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), WMS, and TMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL querying is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.
