Qualifications
• Customer orientation, stress‑resistance, great communication, and team‑working skills.
• Technical education at the university level or equivalent (bachelor’s degree).
• At least 3‑5 years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar for MRI modality.
• Previous experience or knowledge of remote technical support is a nice to have.
• Continuous improvement and Lean methodology mindset.
• Proficiency in English (essential) with Spanish as the main local language.
Remote Support Engineer (MR), Remote – Spain
As a Remote Support Engineer, you will provide remote technical support for MRI systems, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience within Philips regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical support for MRI systems.
• Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech, ensuring customer satisfaction and business targets are met or exceeded.
• Receive, register, and provide technical service for requests from all media channels, communicating solutions or actions in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Use remote diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, and service technical information to create service work orders and keep customers informed of service status.
• Focus on Remote Resolution; if not possible, provide a clear action plan, including parts and diagnosis before dispatch.
• Handle complaints (safety & non‑safety related) and escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration, and action.
