About the Role

You will be responsible for proactive monitoring, diagnostic analysis, and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote system monitoring and performance analysis to identify potential issues.

• Develop and refine maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize system reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems maintenance and engineering, with a strong emphasis on remote management.
• Deep understanding of server infrastructure, networking protocols, and operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
• Proficiency in using remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and diagnostic software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Relevant certifications in system administration or network engineering are a plus.
