You will manage the full recruitment cycle, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate is adept at building talent pipelines and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, from initial screening to offer stage. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Utilise recruitment technology and social media platforms for candidate outreach. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a remote setting. • Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards. • Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Demonstrated understanding of the South African job market.
