Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing roles, including engineers, production managers, technicians, and quality control specialists.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with manufacturing clients to understand their operational needs and talent acquisition challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, with a specialization in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to successfully recruit for technical and operational roles within manufacturing.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
