The team also performs training courses and demos of the security platform.

Your responsibilities include • Leading community engagement efforts by fostering relationships, responding to inquiries, and moderating discussions across platforms. • Defining and tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure community growth, engagement, and satisfaction. • Sharing community insights and KPI reports with the CEO, including strategies to enhance them. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with product development, marketing, and support initiatives. • Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and activate community members. • Designing educational materials and resources to empower the community in using Wazuh effectively. • Staying updated with trends and best practices in community management to continually enhance the experience.

What you bring along • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience in community management or a related leadership role. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI measurement and reporting. • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic improvements. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Proven experience in a support or technical leadership role, ideally in IT, SaaS, or a customer-facing environment. • Strong knowledge of Linux environments, troubleshooting, and administration. • Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewall configurations. • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar. • A proactive approach to solving challenges, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Experience with open-source communities or technical forums. • Understanding of social media platforms, forums, and other community engagement tools. • Familiarity with the Elastic Stack or similar monitoring and logging solutions. • Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest in technology and support practices. • Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
