About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Field Support Engineer to provide expert-level assistance to clients regarding their installed systems. In this fully remote position, you will leverage advanced diagnostic tools and communication technologies to troubleshoot complex issues, guide on-site personnel, and ensure the optimal performance of our client's equipment. This role is critical for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational integrity, especially for those located in or near Mahikeng . Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex equipment issues.
• Analyze system performance data and diagnostic reports to identify root causes of problems.
• Guide and train client personnel or on-site technicians through complex repair and maintenance procedures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams on issue resolution and product improvements.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of all escalated technical support requests.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Field Support Engineer or in a senior technical support role, preferably remote.
• In-depth knowledge of installation and maintenance principles for sophisticated systems.
• Proficiency with remote diagnostic software, network analysis tools, and ticketing systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
