Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a remote team of installation and maintenance technicians, setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback. • Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices for equipment installation and servicing. • Provide advanced remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex installation issues. • Oversee the quality assurance process for all installations, ensuring compliance with standards. • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve product design based on field experiences.
