Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical operations , system administration, or a related IT support role.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure , servers, and cloud-based services.
• Proficiency in using remote management tools , monitoring software, and ticketing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
