Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for highly specialized technical roles.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies using digital sourcing tools and platforms.

• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment , with a strong focus on IT and engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and platforms.
• Excellent understanding of various IT domains, programming languages, and technical skills.
• Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
