Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert remote technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with remote support software, diagnostic tools, and CRM systems.
