Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for issues related to servers, networks, desktops, and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.
• Utilize ticketing systems to manage, track, and document support requests and resolutions.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams with detailed problem descriptions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common IT infrastructure components.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
