Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all aspects of the telecom network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Implement and manage network security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for network systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff regarding network issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration, with a focus on telecommunications networks.
• Proficiency in network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network hardware configuration.
• Experience with network security tools and best practices, including VPNs and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
