Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex telecom network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, implementing solutions to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support new service rollouts and infrastructure upgrades.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in telecom network engineering.
• Strong proficiency with network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPLS.
• Experience with network virtualization technologies and cloud-based networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with network security tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a remote setting.
