You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our network, managing operational teams, and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and direct all aspects of telecom network operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and incident response, ensuring high levels of service availability. • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of network operations specialists and engineers. • Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and service quality. • Oversee the management of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and transmission systems. • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective support. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement best practices in network operations.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute. • 5-7 years of experience in telecom network operations management, with at least 2 years in a remote leadership role. • Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, including VoIP, MPLS, Ethernet, and wireless networks. • Proven experience with network monitoring tools, incident management systems, and performance analysis. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills tailored for a remote team dynamic. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts effectively.
