About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and organized Remote Telecom Project Manager to lead critical projects from inception to completion. This role operates entirely remotely, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects across various regions. You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager with a strong background in the telecom sector to leverage their skills in a flexible, remote work setting, driving significant projects to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Manage project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Oversee the quality assurance and successful deployment of telecom solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex projects within the telecommunications industry .
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote-first organization.
