Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of telecommunications systems and services.

• Develop and maintain clear, concise technical documentation for remote support processes and system configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors via digital channels to resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecommunications Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of telecom networks.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to VoIP, cellular networks, fiber optics, and related infrastructure.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and remote management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, vendor-specific certifications) are a plus.
