Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and health of the company's telecommunications network using sophisticated monitoring tools.

• Generate regular reports on network performance, uptime, and key metrics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with network engineers to implement recommended changes and enhancements.
• Respond to network alerts and assist in troubleshooting and resolving incidents remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in network analysis or operations, preferably in telecoms .
• Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis software (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote capacity.
