You will be responsible for monitoring network operations, responding to alerts, and ensuring the continuous availability of services for thousands of users. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and system health using sophisticated monitoring tools.
• Respond promptly to network alarms and incidents, performing initial diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Implement routine network maintenance tasks, including software updates and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex network issues.
• Document network operational procedures, incident reports, and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations processes and tools.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in network operations or a related technical support role within the telecoms industry.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP , routing protocols, and common network services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate remotely.
