Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network and service-related issues.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network incidents.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve network reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with network operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecom network support or engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, MPLS, and IP networking.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and packet analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team interaction.
