REMOTE: Thai Bilingual Process Excellence Lead – Claims & Supply Chain

• Monthly Compensation: ₱90,000–₱115,000, inclusive of language premium

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Thai-speaking professional with solid claims management experience to oversee claim reviews, resolve operational concerns, and coordinate with business stakeholders in Thailand. This role also contributes to process improvement, governance, and project-related activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Review and validate claims related to Thai operations.
• Investigate discrepancies and facilitate timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Thailand-based stakeholders on operational matters.
• Assist with audits, system testing (UAT), and project activities.
• Support process updates, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Help ensure consistent workflows and effective team coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Thai claims validation and resolution.
• Background in supply chain claims or related operations.
• Proficiency in Thai and English, preferably B2–C2.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with audits, UAT, and process governance.
• Must be based in the Philippines and available for occasional onsite meetings.
