About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and communicative Remote Tour Guide Coordinator to manage a network of virtual tour guides serving clients globally. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and supporting our team of guides who deliver engaging online experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and culture, coupled with exceptional organizational and people management skills to ensure a high-quality virtual tourism offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, vet, and onboard new remote tour guides, assessing their skills and suitability.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for virtual tour guides on platform usage and tour content.

• Manage the scheduling of tour guides, ensuring adequate coverage for all booked virtual tours.

• Provide ongoing support and feedback to tour guides, addressing any performance or technical issues.

• Monitor tour quality and gather feedback from clients and guides to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand demand and guide recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating teams, preferably in a remote setting or the tourism industry.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse team.
