About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of tour guides, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Develop and manage tour guide schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all bookings.
• Coordinate with clients and guides to confirm tour details, timings, and special requests.
• Oversee the quality of tours, gathering feedback from clients and guides to implement improvements.

Requirements
