About the Role
Our client seeks an organized and proactive Remote Tour Guide Coordinator to manage and schedule tour guides for various operations across the country. Working remotely, you will be the crucial link between the company, its guides, and tour operations, ensuring seamless execution of travel experiences. This role requires excellent communication, logistical planning, and problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of service delivery, supporting our mission to provide exceptional travel adventures to clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign tour guides to various tour packages and itineraries.
- Communicate effectively with tour guides regarding assignments, updates, and requirements.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, permits, and resource allocation for tours.
- Monitor tour feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain and update guide profiles, availability, and performance records.
