Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement optimized transport plans considering factors like route efficiency, delivery windows, and cost. • Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and service improvements. • Manage relationships with external carriers and transport providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service agreements. • Utilize advanced transport management systems (TMS) and planning software to model and execute transport strategies. • Monitor transport operations in real-time, responding effectively to disruptions and making necessary adjustments to plans. • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and operations, to align transport plans with business objectives.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport planning, route optimization, or logistics management. • Proficiency with transport management software (TMS) and route planning tools. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing carrier relationships. • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
