Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the transportation process, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation carriers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify and resolve any delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international transportation regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, costs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation management or logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of various transportation modes, including road, rail, and air freight.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
